RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS POLICY

At Parishkaaree, every product is made-to-order especially for you. Due to our print-on-demand process, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product you receive is damaged, misprinted, or incorrect.

1. Eligibility for Replacement or Refund

You may request a replacement or refund only if:

* The product is damaged during shipping or printing
* The product has a printing error
* You received the wrong item, size, or color

Note: General dissatisfaction, size errors from customer selection, or minor color variations are not eligible for replacement or refund.

2. Reporting Window

All claims must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order. Claims after this period may not be processed.

3. Proof Required

To process your claim, you must provide:

* Clear photos or videos of the damaged/misprinted item
* A photo of the entire product
* A photo of the packaging and label
* A brief description of the issue

4. Resolution Process

We follow a strict resolution order:

1. Replacement – We will reprint and resend your item at no extra cost.
2. Store Credit – If the replacement does not resolve your issue, we will issue store credit equal to the order value.
3. Refund (Conditional) – Only if both replacement and store credit fail to resolve the issue, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Non-Eligible Situations

Replacements, store credits, or refunds will not be provided for:

* Incorrect size ordered by the customer
* Change of mind
* Minor color variations due to screen differences
* Natural wear and tear or fading over time
