Our refund and returns policy last 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • International Orders are not eligible for Return Product policy.
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the Price amount of the product will be credited via Gpay/Bank account transfer. The additional charges of COD won’t be refunded.

Exchanges

The same product can be ordered within 15 days only after we have finished our Quality Recheck process and approval of the latter (Photo proof required for any physical damage of the product/ packaging)

Return Shipping

Reverse pickup facility is available in limited Pin codes. If your Pin code doesn’t support Reverse pickup, you can manually courier the product to our address and we will refund you the amount you spent for shipping it once you submit the receipt of the courier (Maximum of Rs.75/-)
